One of the greatest rewards in my life are the “thank you”‘s I get from my customers. And I don’t mean the “thank you for transferring my video tape to DVD”-type of thank you. I mean the “my photographs are so awesome” sort of thank you.

Just a quick post to wish our good friend, Dr. Mark Nordlie, all our best with the launch of his new website: Nordlie’s Family Dentistry.
Dr. Nordlie is an amazing dentist–the best that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He has been my dentist for over 17 years and I have no qualms about recommending him.
And thank you, too, for having us take your staff portraits for your site. They look great on the site!

For many different reasons, not the least of which was cost, we decided to pull the plug on Pictage and relaunch our galleries on Zenfolio.com. If you are the event owner of one of our galleries on Pictage, let us know if you need us to repost the gallery and we’ll get it up.
This move will give us greater flexibility in sharing the galleries without having to register each guest. It also allows for easy photo ordering, feedback, and embedded slideshows. Furthermore, it allows us to use mckennavideophoto.zenfolio.com as the launching point rather than some generic web address with an unidentifiable event number.
We know that this move will only make your experience with McKenna Photo and Video (aka McKenna Video Services, MVS Weddings, and Chris McKenna Photography) much better.

Chris McKenna Photography Unveils New Logo
(Puyallup, WA) Chris McKenna Photography announced today that they are unveiling a new logo.
“We are so excited about how our new logo will bridge the gap between McKenna Video Services, MVS Weddings and Chris McKenna Photography,” says co-owner Chris McKenna. “For the last five years, we have been searching for ways to bring unity to all our operating units and we believe that this new logo will help us achieve it,” he adds.
The logo, the result of a contest between 20 different graphic designers will be implemented immediately into all McKenna video productions, including weddings, and the photography side of the business, Chris McKenna Photography.
McKenna will continue to operate all 3 of their websites independent of each other for marketing purposes, but all printed marketing materials, videos and photographs will now bear the ‘McKenna Video and Photo’ brand.
